I am Serge, trained in physical yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga), yoga philosophy and meditative yoga. My own practice focuses on Ashtanga Yoga, which suits me like a glove. My attention goes to a balanced development of strength, flexibility and focus. Every day brings me new interesting hands-on facts.
I’m also a massage therapist. I support endurance, strength and stretch athletes. But I am also available for pain relief, to untangle your muscles, to give you a mental boost or to help you to you relax.
