Terms and Conditions
- In order to attend yoga classes at Aroga Yoga in a professional manner, a number of terms and conditions apply. Implicitly, I assume that you have read and agree to these.
- From the moment you make an appointment, personal data (name, first name, phone number, e-mail address and billing address) are collected. In doing so, the GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation) and the Aroga Yoga privacy policy apply.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any (medical) information you provide. Of course, the delivery of this information is entirely without obligation and only to support the safe and appropriate conduct of yoga classes. This information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
- Already made appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance by phone, email or WhatsApp. Later cancelled or forgotten appointments may be charged for the session. The same applies in the event of illness.
- As an individual, you pay at the time of the session. This can be done digitally through Payconiq or your banking app.
- An Aroga Yoga gift certificate can be purchased online at the Aroga website and paid online when ordering via Bancontact, Ideal and Credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the gift certificate digitally. It is valid until the expiration date stated on it and is not renewable or redeemable for a new gift certificate.
- Companies are billed monthly. In doing so, the payment period is 14 days after the invoice is sent (digitally). Failure to make a timely payment may result in the use of a collection agency after reminders, with the customer being responsible for collection costs and any additional costs of court proceedings.
- If an invoice is not paid on time, interest of 10% of the outstanding invoice amount, with a minimum of EUR 33, shall be payable by operation of law and without notice of default, and the invoice amount shall be increased by operation of law and without notice of default by liquidated damages equal to 10% of the outstanding invoice amount.
- In case of late payment, all other sums due, even if not yet due, shall become immediately due and payable and this regardless of previously granted payment facilities. Any intervening late payments shall not cause the lump-sum damages due to be recalculated.
- Late payments will be charged first against interest, damages and costs due. Compensation and set-off by the customer of invoices and/or amounts owed to Aroga Yoga, against invoices and/or amounts owed by Aroga Yoga to the customer, can only be done with the express written approval of Aroga Yoga.
- Failing timely payment, Aroga Yoga has the right to suspend its further performance.
- Aroga Yoga is not responsible for damage, theft and/or loss of your personal belongings.
- I reserve the right to refuse persons for a yoga class or deny access at any time, without giving a reason.
- The nullity of one of the clauses does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
- By agreeing to these terms, you also declare that you will not hold Aroga Yoga liable for any side and/or after-effects that may result from a yoga class.
- The terms and conditions and information listed are subject to change by Aroga Yoga at any time.

- In case of a judicial conflict, the district of Antwerp or for the peace court the canton of Zandhoven shall apply.
